Terms of use
Plain terms for a plain tool. Last updated September 30, 2026.
These terms are between you (the store owner installing Sold and Synced) and Joseph Lundgren, sole proprietor, McKinney, Texas ("we", "us"). You accept them when you activate the plugin or connect a marketplace. If you don't agree, don't connect anything.
1. What you get
A WordPress plugin plus a hosted service that keeps inventory quantities and listing states in step between your WooCommerce store and the Etsy and eBay accounts you connect. It reads sales and listings, and it writes quantity changes and listing endings. It does not create listings, change prices or contact your buyers.
2. Your accounts
You connect marketplaces by signing in on their sites and approving access. You can revoke that access at any time from the plugin or from the marketplace. You're responsible for keeping your WordPress site and marketplace accounts secure, and for what your store sells.
3. What we do with access
Only what the sync needs: read your orders and listings, adjust quantities, end listings that sold out, and tell you when something needs a look. We act as your service provider for any marketplace data we touch. Details in the privacy policy.
4. Fees
Founder stores are free. Paid plans, when they exist, will be priced on this site and billed by us, not by any marketplace. Marketplaces charge their own fees; those are between you and them.
5. Keep your own eyes on it
The sync is a safety net, not a guarantee. Marketplaces change their APIs, sites go down, sales land in the same minute on two channels. When the tool can't be sure, it stops and alerts you rather than guessing. You are responsible for checking your listings and honoring your orders. We're not liable for oversells, lost sales, marketplace penalties or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
The same goes for eBay Inc.: eBay is not the developer of this application and makes no warranties about it.
7. Rules
- Use it for stores you own or run. Don't resell access or pass credentials to anyone else.
- Don't use it to break a marketplace's rules. If a marketplace suspends you, that's between you and them.
- Don't reverse engineer the hosted service or try to pull other people's data out of it.
8. Ending things
You can disconnect and delete the plugin whenever you want; your tokens are deleted when you disconnect. We can suspend a store that breaks these terms or that a marketplace tells us to cut off. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and keep it running in the meantime.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the change.
10. Law
Texas law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Collin County, Texas.
