What changed

Every version, newest first. Updates install from your WordPress Plugins screen.

1.0.0 Latest

  • Matches shows every listing, not only the ones with a SKU. Suggested lists listings that look like the same item on two or more channels but don't share a SKU. Link a row and the SKU is filled in on the listings that lack one. A SKU that's already there is never changed.
  • Not matched lists the listings with no SKU and nothing to suggest, each with why. eBay listings with variations show up there instead of being skipped without a word.
  • Not matched has a Pair button: pick the same item on another channel and link the two with one SKU, even when the titles differ or several listings share one.
  • Suggested shows each listing's first photo and compares them. A match whose photos differ is left unticked, and matching photos tell apart listings that share a title.
  • When none of an item's listings has a SKU, the new one starts with a prefix you can set.
  • Setup has an optional "Match your listings" step. The licence-key form comes first.
  • Activity shows every sale a page at a time, with a search by SKU, order number or title. Activity, Attention and Log show times in your store's timezone.
  • Activity says exactly what was done on each channel: in the store, hidden as a draft or kept visible as out of stock; on Etsy, the listing deactivated or one variation turned off; on eBay, the listing ended or kept at 0. In Preview it says what it would do.
  • Setup shows what happens on each channel when the last one sells, before you switch to Active.
  • eBay can keep a sold-out listing at 0 instead of ending it, with eBay's out-of-stock option turned on in your eBay account. It keeps its item number and sales history and comes back when you raise the quantity.

0.1.7

  • Updates install only after the download matches the checksum the service publishes for it.
  • New alerts when the service can't be reached for 3 hours, when a channel's checks stop running, or 14 and 3 days before a licence's end date. Health shows whether the last alert went through.
  • Attention lists Etsy or eBay counts that differ from the store's.
  • An eBay order already cancelled isn't counted as a sale, and a store-only sale checks only your newest eBay listings.
  • A second sale right after an Etsy change counts from what that change left, also across variations of one listing. A sale held while the service was stopped gets a full day of retries once it's back.
  • Registering asks you to agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and for your email.
  • A store support moves to a new address resumes there; a copy that registers on its own restarts in Preview.
  • Security fixes from a review of the plugin.

0.1.6

  • Ready for paid licences: start one from the Setup tab, pay on Stripe and land back in WordPress, registered. Nothing to copy.
  • Plain notices for a declined card, a cancelled subscription and one that ended.
  • Use a different licence key without reconnecting eBay or Etsy.
  • Etsy and eBay listings are matched again every 5 hours.

0.1.5

  • If saved keys or a login can no longer be read, you are told plainly and recent sales catch up once you reconnect.
  • A tighter switch to Active, and an eBay sign-in that doesn't name the account keeps the login that works.

0.1.4

  • Changed WordPress security keys no longer look like a copy of your store; a copy is paused cleanly and can never take over your live registration.
  • Mode changes are tracked so no sale is quietly closed, and a retry confirms an earlier write only after a fresh check of that channel.

0.1.3

  • Replies from the Sold and Synced service are understood again, so outages, registration problems and refusals are told apart.
  • A staging copy or clone of your store is recognised and paused, even after its addresses are rewritten.
  • Safer retries; an Etsy SKU shared by variations with their own stock is flagged; switching back to Preview leaves Active-era sales for you to check.

0.1.2

  • A retry checks the live count before writing again, and a relisted Etsy or eBay item is found instead of skipped.
  • A brief service outage retries and alerts instead of looking like a dead login. A sync that doesn't stick pages you; open items are emailed once a day.
  • Store stock is lowered in one step (a checkout at the same moment is never overwritten); Etsy writes are re-checked a minute later.
  • No double counting when an order moves from processing to completed, or for orders placed before you installed.
  • Etsy and eBay orders paid a little late are still caught; sale lines without a SKU are flagged; banners can be dismissed.

0.1.1

  • Etsy listings are read with Etsy's documented call, so Etsy reads and ends work.
  • Preview changes nothing. Mark sold leaves your store's stock alone in Preview; login, order-read and sync problems show as a banner.
  • Switching to Active never replays a sale recorded in Preview, and Retry won't re-run one.
  • Etsy SKUs match regardless of letter case, and a SKU missing from an Etsy listing is flagged for you instead of ending the listing.
  • Etsy and eBay orders that common import tools copy into WooCommerce aren't counted as website sales.
  • Connecting eBay or Etsy shows a clear confirmation, and the Continue step says what it's doing.

0.1.0

  • First release. Sync only: a sale on your store, Etsy or eBay ends or reduces the item on the others, matched by SKU.
  • Preview mode, email and push alerts, Mark sold everywhere for in-person sales.
